A former outlaw turned locksmith hunts stolen federal gold with a master-of-disguise thief in 1880s frontier.
Isabella honors mentor Ron Taylor's dying wish by working as a locksmith in an 1880 frontier town until a dispute over hidden treasure pulls her back toward the underworld. Micah, a thief who reshapes his face at will and follows no fixed moral code, crosses her path. The pair alternate between rivalry and uneasy alliance as they chase whispers of a federal payroll robbery from two decades earlier. Clues coil around the Soren crime family, the Gray Feather thieves' gang, and a corrupt politician with his mistress, forcing Isabella to weigh revenge, truth, and the righteous path her mentor intended.
