Two husbands abandon drowning pregnant wives to rescue a rival's cat.
Emma and Olivia, married to Parker brothers — a fire captain and an OB/GYN — celebrate an anniversary until Madison Blake, the woman both men still worship, shoves Emma off a pier into freezing water. Seven months pregnant, Emma screams for her husband; he dismisses her as jealous while hauling Madison's cat to safety. Olivia begs her doctor spouse to save their baby; he refuses, citing the cat's veterinary appointment. Both women lose their children that night and file for divorce by morning. The brothers deny everything until security footage forces the truth into the open.
