Surgeon Shaun transports a donor kidney for billionaire Derek Wolf on a flight complicated by a hostile passenger and a midair emergency.
America's wealthiest man, Derek Wolf, lies dying and secretly hires top surgeon Shaun to courier a matching kidney aboard a scheduled flight. Before takeoff, Kim — mother of Jessica, who is engaged to Wolf's grandson Erik — lingers in the lavatory, delaying departure. When Shaun presses for speed, Jessica publicly shames him. Once airborne, Kim suffers a heart attack; Shaun resuscitates her, cracking ribs in the process. Instead of gratitude, Jessica demands a humiliating apology and threatens to smash the cooled case holding the organ. Shaun is forced to disclose the patient's identity, but Jessica refuses to believe him until she breaks the container and sees Derek Wolf's name on the label — her own future grandfather-in-law.
